Your monthly rental installment covers your base rent, on-site maintenance, and pest control, along with any utilities that are covered by Landlord in your Lease Agreement. Base rent does not include laundry or internet fees (where applicable), or any elective charges.
Water and sewer costs are shared among residents of each community as an average monthly usage fee, which is conveniently billed through the ResidentPortal. Trash services are billed as a flat monthly fee per resident. Gas, electricity, and third-party internet services are paid directly to the utility providers, who you can contact to start an account with below:
